Limited Warranty
This warranty provides to all Ezpchardware.com
product owners in Northern America only.
Ezpchardware.com provides repair services based on
Invoice date.
1-Year (12 months) for Complete Systems
1-Year (12 months) for Parts sold new
90 days on Old Used Systems or otherwise specified on invoice
No warranty on products marked refurbished or phased out items.
Limitations
There is no warranty or other liability for the following:

This warranty does not apply to any failure or defect caused by misuse, accidental download of viruses, spy ware or physical damage (scratches or dent on the case), removal of serial number, abnormal or unusually heavy use (over-clocking), neglect, abuse, alteration, improper installation, unauthorized repair or modification, improper testing, or causes external to the product such as, but not limited to, excessive heat or humidity, power failure, power surges, or natural disaster.

Warranty will be void if damaged return during shipping, customer will be responsible to claim the carrier.
3. No warranty for refurbished products or closed out items
Return Material Authorization
No Product may be returned directly to Ezpchardware.com without first contacting technical support for trouble shooting to determine the cause. If no solution is found then you will be given a RMA number to authorize you to return the product. If the product is in fact defective you will be given a replacement or credit.
You will not be credited or receive a replacement if but not limited to:
a. If the product is found physical damages (scratches, dent on the case) or other conditions (refer to the Limitations paragraph on the first page of this policy).
b. Any missing parts or accessories
No Defect Found Charges
If Ezpchardware.com determines that any returned product is not defective and does not require warranty repair. Ezpchardware.com has the right to bill for all shipping, handling, and processing cost attributes to the returned non-defective product.
Changes to RMA Policy
Ezpchcardware.com reserve the right to change this policy without advance notice.
