Sometimes we get backed up with emails, and it may take 2-3 days for you to receive a response. We suggest posting in the community pages as much as possible. As many times you will be able to get responses to your questions much quicker.
There may already be answers to your questions posted there, as there are many questions that have been asked by other members. Just do a quick search in the community, and you may find your answer. If you do not find your answer, there is usually a staff or community member hanging around that may be able to assist you. If not immediately, usually within a few hours.
When you registered on the WeBidz auction site, a community account was automatically created for you. Using the same username and password used to initially register. So you will be able to login to the community with the same credentials.
