Google payments take about 15-30 minutes to be properly screened and applied to accounts, so verification could take this long to be completed. Please do not submit payment again, as this will not speed up the process. We suggest waiting 30 minutes, then checking your account to see if these changes are applied. If there is any problem with your payment, Google will automatically send you an email within this 30 minute period.

 

This applies to other payments made through Google also. So if you have made any payments towards your account, these will also take up to 30 minutes to reflect within your account.
