False or Missing Contact Information

Falsifying or omitting contact information such as a member’s name, address, and/or telephone number when registering on WeBidz is not permitted. It is also not permitted to use fax or disconnected numbers as a telephone number.

If you believe a member is using false contact information, please report it using our contact us page.

If we find any contact information to be invalid, we may temporarily suspend that members account until this info is updated. Temporary suspensions may include the removal of active auctions and cancellation of bids. WeBidz will not be liable for any monetary losses, or any other resulting effects that suspensions for violation this policy may have on a members account.
