Question Title What do I do when the buyer will not pay or respond to emails?
Please open a ticket by clicking the contact button on all site pages. We will work with you and the buyer to resolve the issue, and hopefully get the transaction completed.
 
Buyers that fail to respond within a timely manner will be suspended and blocked. We will not suspend a buyer for an isolated incident, but will take action if it seems to be a continuing problem.
