Why doesn't my Auction Manager have categories? |

After installing the Auction Manager, members must initiate the "download Master Data" from the "file" menu. This will bring in current categories, payment options, currencies, etc.
If this is not completed prior to importing or creating new listings, that item(s) will need to be edited after downloading master data.
I you create new custom categories for your store, you will need to complete this step again, to bring these changes into your local database. |
